All Holiday 7×7 Wargame Challenges Are Now Live

14/01/2026

We have now released all remaining challenges for the Holiday 7×7 Wargame.

The Holiday 7×7 Game is a limited-time event featuring a curated set of hands-on security challenges designed to sharpen secure coding and application security skills through realistic, production-inspired scenarios. Rather than focusing on abstract theory, each challenge places you directly inside modern systems and real development workflows.

The full challenge set spans a wide range of real-world security domains. You will encounter challenges across cloud platforms such as GCP and Azure, low-level languages like C++, GraphQL APIs, AI MCP servers, smart contracts, exploitation techniques, and incident response workflows. While familiar ecosystems such as JavaScript, Go, Python, and Ruby are included, the focus is on understanding how vulnerabilities emerge across diverse stacks and how they should be mitigated in production systems.

In addition to standalone challenges, the Holiday 7×7 includes Attack and Defence Wargames. Your patches are tested against real exploits written by other players, and once your application is deployed, you step into the attacker role to exploit weaknesses in competing solutions. The objective is simple but demanding: build fixes that actually hold up under pressure.

Whether you are a software engineer strengthening your security fundamentals, an AppSec practitioner looking for more hands-on depth, or a security engineer aiming to stay sharp across multiple ecosystems, the Holiday 7×7 Game is designed to meet you where you are. Each challenge is concise, focused, and encourages exploration rather than rote completion.

The Holiday Wargame is only available for a Limited Time!
